Afghan Chicken Quesadilla


1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast (cut in small pieces)
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon curry (Zard Choba)
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Choice of veg for filling
2 chopped tomato 
1 small chopped onion
1/2 cup Chopped cilantro
8-10 (tortillas bread or tandoori round naan ( the thinner the better)
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese 


Preheat Fry pan add one table spoon oil than add chicken pieces stir for 3 minutes, add the rest of ingredients 
cook until the chicken pieces are lightly brown and tender,about 15 minutes and keep a side.

Layer half of each tortilla with the chicken , peppers, chopped cilantro,chopped tomato and sprinkle with cheese. On the other half of tortilla spread 1 teaspoon sour cream. Fold the tortillas in half. Grease electronic grill or none stick fry pan.grill both side of quesadillas until the cheeses are melted, about 2-3 minutes 
Serve w/ hot sauce
